I'm not sure it gets any better than this for a band. Thanks so much to Mark Lore for this amazing write up in Portland Mercury. Come celebrate the release of our debut album, What About Lonely? with us at Doug Fir Lounge in Portland on Saturday, August 24th. The Upsidedown and Secret Spies will be also performing. Get tickets HERE.
Thanks so much to all of you who supported our vinyl pre-order Kickstarter campaign. We reached our goal, the vinyl is on order, and we're on schedule for the album release on august 24th. Be on the lookout for a new video for "What About Lonely?" as well as reviews and interviews that are currently in the works.
There's a lot going on in the psychics' realm this week. Great, now we have a name for the blog. Oh yeah, we're a rock band. We have a release date for our debut full-length album and have just announced a show on the same evening, August 24th at Doug Fir with The Upsidedown and Secret Spies. Yeah, this is a big deal. To make matters even better, as of today, our pre-order for vinyl is 94% funded! The first pressing is only 250 copies, so if you want some wax, order soon. It feels good to say that. What else? Ah, yes. A lovely video for our first single and title track, What About Lonely? is finished and will be premiering soon. It has lots of lonely dogs and people in it. You might recognize some of them. One last thing. Say hello to Tim Acock, our videographer at timacock.com .
